Whiskey is just beer that had ambitions and access to a barrel. Hot sauce is just chilli with dreams and access to a fermentation tank. Put them together and you move humanity one step closer to your drunk uncle — the one who smells of RSL carpet and insolvency.

So we fermented Ultra Culture's ancho hot sauce inside an Australian whiskey barrel, then refilled it with whiskey to absorb everything left behind. Smoke, dried fig, a warmth that won't hurt you. This is what happens when nobody says no.
